Culturedpear™ wants customers to feel comfortable when choosing jewelry. If you need to request a return, please contact service@culturedpear.com within the return period shown on the store page or order information.
Returned jewelry should be unused, unworn, clean, and kept with original packaging when possible. Items that show signs of wear, scratches, damage, perfume, stains, alteration, missing parts, or improper handling may not qualify for return approval.
For hygiene and quality reasons, some close-contact jewelry may have return limits once opened or worn. This may include earrings and similar items, unless the product arrived with a confirmed issue.
Please contact our support team before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior communication may be delayed or may not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please email us with your order details and clear photos of the jewelry, packaging, and issue. Culturedpear™ will review the request and provide a suitable next step based on the situation.
